Queen Elizabeth II – The first British sovereign who reigned for the most prolonged period to celebrate her platinum jubilee. Her tenure lasted for around 70 years and 214 days in total. She lies on her death bed after completing 96 years of her life. 

On 19th Sep 2022, the world will celebrate her funeral. The ceremony is about to take place on Monday in St. George’s Chapel at Westminster Abbey, London. The country went through 11 days of national mourning as the people felt personal sorrow for losing the most prominent royal member. Queen Elizabeth II was not only a monarch but served as a great world leader. Her decisions were acceptable in the military, judiciary, politics, charitable organisations, etc. Thus, leaders from all over the world would join the funeral to pay their homage.

The funeral route would be lined with the royal navy and marines; the members of the air force, army and navy would form a guard of honour with a band of royal marines. Leaders from the European Union, Japan, India, France, and other countries are supposed to be a part of the ceremony. However, countries like Russia, Afghanistan, North Korea etc., were not invited to the world event, showing the disagreement between the counties. 

People all over the world can watch her funeral service on the live telecast and on social media.
