For the last four to five days, many areas of the country have been receiving monsoon rain. On Tuesday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted heavy rainfall would continue for the next three days.
The IMD forecast thunderstorms over different states of the country, including Jammu & Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi-NCR, and Uttar Pradesh. Other states that are expected to see heavy rainfall are Sikkim, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Puducherry, and Kerala.
According to the private weather forecasting agency Skymet Weather, there is a possibility of rain in East Rajasthan, Andaman, and the Nicobar Islands, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal today. Along with this, heavy rain is also predicted in Assam, Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh.

Not only this, but rain is also expected in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, East Gujarat, Haryana, and the rest of Northeast India.
