Which Team Gets The Highest Bid?

The IPL 2023 auction witnessed some jaw-dropping bids for players, and the highest bid of the season went to English all-rounder Sam Curran, who was picked up by Punjab Kings for a staggering ₹18.5 crores. Other notable bids include Australian all-rounder Cameron Green, who was acquired by Mumbai Indians for ₹17.5 crores, and English all-rounder Ben Stokes, who joined Chennai Super Kings for ₹16.25 crores.

The massive bids highlight the immense talent and potential these players bring to their respective teams, and fans are eager to see how they will perform in the ongoing season.

IPL Match Schedule

As per IPL 2023 schedule, the event commenced on March 31, with an electrifying opening match between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans. The group stage matches will be played across various cities in India, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mohali, Lucknow, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. The ‘Final’ will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

The group stage consists of 70 matches, followed by the playoffs, which include the Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2, and the grand finale. The final match is scheduled for May 28th, promising an exhilarating culmination to the season.

IPL Winner Predictions

Predicting the winner of the IPL is always a challenge, given the unpredictable nature of the tournament and the fierce competition among the teams. However, some teams have emerged as early favourites based on their performances so far and the strength of their squads.
