Sitting prolonged in one posture may lead to various health risks besides obesity.   

How to Control- Following a healthy lifestyle plays a key role in preventing weight gain. Regular exercise, adequate sleep, and a balanced diet are a few ways that you need to consider in your daily routine to control your weight.

Back strain

Sitting in the wrong posture for prolonged periods of time is one of the challenges of working from home for employers. It can tighten muscles of the neck, shoulders, and arms that may lead to pain. To prevent back strain, it is important to sit in the correct position with your elbows at 90 degrees and back straight. It is better to set up a table and chair for your office hours.
